How do I make an appointment?

How should I prepare for picture day?
For a classic and timeless portrait, we suggest a white dress shirt. A tie can add a polished touch, if desired.
If you need a haircut, aim to have it done a week ahead of time. We cannot retouch a five o'clock shadow. We recommend you shave a few hours prior to your session.
All glasses glare in varying degrees, we will do our best to minimize glare. You are welcome to remove your lens, doing so will guarantee no glare. Please bring your own tools.
Practice your smile and posture in front of a mirror before photo day. It takes you and the photographer to capture your best expression.
Why No Packages?

Other companies sell packages that dictate the print sizes, quantities, and how many images you can order from. You are forced to pay extra to get what you want. Packages are a sales tactic that values profits over customer satisfaction. You deserve better!

Which tier should I order from?

Our tiered pricing model lets customers choose only the products they want at the best possible value, avoiding the limitations and higher costs that come with traditional packages offered elsewhere.

How do I upgrade to Silver or Gold?

After your photo session, you’ll receive an email with your Bronze access code, which lets you order from the Bronze tier.

The same email includes instructions for purchasing a PixKey, allowing you to upgrade your ordering tier to Silver or Gold. Once you purchase a PixKey, we’ll send you a new access code for your selected tier.
I lost my access code, what do I do?

We can help you if you have misplaced your access code to view your images. For us to email your code please click this link to fill in a form and submit.

How long for delivery?

Once you place your order the duration required before the receipt of your order is subject to several variables. These include the type of order placed, be it solely digital, exclusively prints, or a combination of both.

For digital downloads without retouching, the download link will be emailed on the same day. For retouched images, the download email may take up to a week to arrive.

If you order prints through Pixown delivery will be anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Most of this time is delivery time. Orders are shipped through Canada Post. How long Canada Post takes cannot be certain as we have no control of their service.

If you are in a rush to have prints, ordering digital to then have your images printed elsewhere may be your best solution.
